Fitting instructions for Mini Moto Mid Mounted Training Wheels
Begin by removing the foot peg pins (using pliers to remove the spit pins) and slide the foot peg pins out.
Re-install the foot pegs using the new bolts provided and install the mounting bracket to the rear of the foot peg.
Remove 4 nylon lock nuts from the U-bolt mounts and slide the mid mount training wheels through.
Stand over the motorcycle and hold it straight up. Make sure the brackets are
pointing straight down (they must be vertical and not pointing inwards or outwards).
Tighten the foot peg bolts, making sure the mounting brackets do not change
position.
Measure from the rubber training wheel to the centre of the motorcycle on both
sides, making sure they are equal distance on each side.
Slightly tighten the 4 nylon lock nuts so the axle is snug and can be turned up and down with a little pressure.
Stand over the bike again to make sure the training wheels are even each side.
Adjust the height of the wheels to measure just off the ground (5mm) and tighten all bolts and nuts.
Do not adjust wheels more the 5mm off the ground on each side.
Double check all bolts, nuts and fastening points are tight and fitted correctly and repeat this step every hour whilst in use to make sure they do not come lose.
Make sure the rear foot pedal bracket operates properly. Double check that the
mounting plate does not interfere with the operation of the rear brake pedal.
…..and have fun teaching your Mini Moto how to ride!

Throttle restriction screw
Turn the throttle limiter screw clockwise to reduce throttle grip movement or counter clockwise to increase throttle grip movement.
To prevent moisture or debris (dirt, sand, pebbles, sticks, etc.) from entering the throttle housing, do not remove the throttle limiter screw. Moisture and debris may interfere with proper throttle operation. Hold the screw in place and tighten the lock nut.
